Site profile and recommendations

Briefs for your agent, based on your site's content.

Pressbotics never writes posts. Recommendations are briefs — a title, an angle, search phrases, a cadence — for your own agent to write. Every card is labelled "based on your site's content". None of them predicts traffic.

What we've learned about your site

Each site card on the Sites page has this panel. Fields we inferred are tagged "inferred". Editing one marks it "confirmed", and later refreshes never overwrite it. The profile refreshes weekly.

FieldWhere it comes from
nicheFrom the site's top categories. Editable.
audienceOnly when you set it — we don't guess. Editable.
voice_summaryFrom the site's voice notes or tone note. Editable.
topics_coveredFrom the site's categories and tags and the posts we published. Editable.
posting_cadence_actualPosts per week over the last 90 days, from our records.
posting_cadence_wantedPosts per week you want. Empty until you set it. Editable.

Recommendation types

TypeWhen it appears
fill_calendarFewer posts scheduled in the next 7 days than your wanted cadence (or 2 when unset).
improveOne card per quality gap found on live pages: alt text, meta description, thin posts, no internal links — with the affected posts.
attentionMissed posts, an out-of-date plugin, or no SEO plugin.
writeTopic gaps next to what the site already covers: title, angle, 3–5 search phrases.
seriesA 4-post weekly campaign around the site's strongest topic. Accepting adds 4 empty weekly slots to the calendar (paid plans) and returns a prompt for your agent.

Up to 6 cards per site, refreshed weekly or with Refresh recommendations on the Home page. Dismissing a card hides that type and topic for 30 days. A type you dismiss 3 or more times in 60 days moves to the bottom and shows at most one card. When a post whose title matches an accepted brief is published, the card is marked done and its quality score is recorded.
