Plans and limits
Sites, keys, monthly posts and which policies each plan unlocks.
A plan governs four things: how many sites you can connect, how many agent keys you can hold, how many posts can publish in a month, and which approval policies you may choose.

Free sites always review every post, and scheduling, recurrence and the media upload handoff are paid capabilities. Those are the functional differences between the plans; the post cap is a fair-use ceiling, not the thing you are buying.
How the numbers are counted
- Sites: connected sites in the workspace. Disconnecting one frees the slot.
- Agent keys: active pb_live_ keys. Revoked keys do not count.
- Posts per month: actions that actually published. Queued, rejected and failed actions do not count against the cap.
Changing plan
Upgrade or downgrade in Billing. An upgrade applies immediately. If you downgrade below what you are currently using — more sites than the new plan allows, for example — existing resources are not deleted, but you cannot add more until you are back inside the limit.
