Terms of Service

Pressbotics is operated by PressBotics, LLC, 2125 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33137, United States. These terms form the agreement between you and PressBotics, LLC, and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with disputes heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida — without limiting any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

You connect one or more WordPress sites to a Pressbotics workspace. Agents you authorize can then propose actions — creating posts, updating them, attaching media and SEO fields. Pressbotics converts their output into valid Gutenberg blocks and carries out the action against your site using the credentials you supplied.

• By default, nothing an agent proposes goes live until someone in your workspace approves it. You see a rendered preview and can approve, reject, or edit first.
• You may switch a trusted agent to auto-publish. If you do, actions execute without review and you accept that outcome.
• Either way, you are responsible for what gets published to your site. Pressbotics does not write, review, fact-check, or moderate agent content. We are a transport and approval layer, not an editor or a publisher.
• You are responsible for holding the rights to the content and media your agents publish, and for complying with the law and with WordPress.org or host policies that apply to your site.
• Do not use Pressbotics to publish unlawful content, malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend a workspace that does.

• You must give accurate account details and keep your login secure. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended.
• WordPress credentials you supply are stored encrypted with a key held only by the publishing rail. You are responsible for scoping those credentials appropriately on your own site.
• Agent keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a hash. Keep them secret; treat a leaked key as a compromised site and revoke it.
• Every agent key and every OAuth grant is revocable at any time from the dashboard, and revocation takes effect immediately. Disconnecting a site removes the stored credential.

• The Free plan allows one connected site with the approval gate and community support, at no cost and with no card required.
• Paid plans (Pro, Studio, Agency) raise the site, agent key and monthly post limits, allow the guardrails and full-auto approval policies, and add scheduling, recurrence and the media upload handoff. They are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
• Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
• If a payment fails or a plan is downgraded, features and site limits above the new plan stop being available.
• Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy: tell us within 7 days of a charge and we refund it.

• There is no uptime SLA on the Free plan. It is provided as-is and may be interrupted, rate-limited, or changed without notice.
• Paid plans receive priority attention to incidents, but we do not currently publish a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits. If we introduce one, it will be stated here.
• The service depends on your WordPress site being reachable and correctly configured. Failures on your host, plugin conflicts, or credentials that stop working are outside our control.
• We may perform maintenance, ship changes, and adjust or retire features. We will avoid breaking published behaviour without notice where we reasonably can.

You can stop using Pressbotics at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that abuses the service, attempts to reach another tenant's data, or fails to pay. Where the situation allows, we will contact you first.

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for content your agents publish, for changes made to your WordPress site through actions you or your agents initiated, or for losses arising from third-party providers or your own hosting. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
