Exporting your data

Settings offers a JSON export of your workspace. It is generated on request from live data — no ticket, no waiting.

What is in it

• Your account and workspace record.
• Connected sites and their settings, including approval policy and brand voice notes.
• Agent key metadata: name, scopes, caps, created and last-used. Never the key itself.
• Action history with per-component outcomes.
• Approval events and support threads.
• Usage records.

What is deliberately excluded

No WordPress credentials, no agent key secrets, no internal secrets of any kind. An export is a file that can end up in a downloads folder, an email or a shared drive — putting live credentials in one would be a way to leak them. This is deliberate, not an oversight.

Limits and format

• JSON, machine-readable, downloadable straight from the browser.
• Rate-limited to a few exports per day, which is generous for a backup and unhelpful for scraping.
• Scoped to your own workspace only.

When you want one

• Before deleting your account.
• For a data-subject access request — this is the same data we would provide.
• For your own records of what an agent published, and when.
