Deleting your account

Deletion is self-serve. You do not have to email anyone, and nobody has to approve it.

How

1. 1Open Settings and find the danger zone.
2. 2Read the preview of what will be deleted. It is generated from your actual workspace, not a generic list.
3. 3Confirm with your password, and your second factor if you have one enabled.

Export your data first if you want a copy. After deletion there is nothing left to export. See Exporting your data.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• The workspace, its connected sites and the encrypted WordPress credentials for them.
• All agent keys.
• Action history, approvals, notifications and support threads.
• Any buffered media uploads.

What is not deleted

Posts already published to your WordPress site stay exactly where they are. They are your content on your server; Pressbotics published them and has no further hold on them. Deleting your account here does not touch, unpublish or alter a single post.

Your WordPress Application Password also survives — our copy goes, but the credential itself must be revoked in wp-admin. And billing records are kept where law requires it; see the retention table in the privacy notice.

Billing

An active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion. Cancel before the next renewal date if you want to avoid one more charge — deletion does not refund a period already paid for.

This cannot be undone

There is no restore. Signing up again with the same email gives you a new, empty workspace.
